My mission is to help people get fit and healthy in an ever changing, busy world. I help people with time saving tricks & recipes that I actually use in my every day life. Being a Mom, who was also a single Mom for three years, I know how hard it is to have the time and energy to get and STAY healthy! I hold monthly challenge groups to hold people accountable to their fitness goals. We workout using Beachbody programs and drink Shakeology daily !
