Carnival Ice Company

Italian ice is a refreshing frozen treat and it's the only product we serve. The recipe is water-based and is a fat, dairy, cholesterol, and high fructose corn syrup free dessert in various flavors. Amazingly, it is the only Italian ice that has no dairy or non-dairy creamer but has the smooth texture of ice cream or sherbet.
