Description of Event:
The Williams-Grand Canyon Chamber of Commerce and the City of Williams Parks and Recreation are pleased to announce Memorial Day weekend activities for the whole family! Enjoy the Memorial Day parade that starts at 11:00 am on Saturday May 28th and can be seen throughout town all along Historic Route 66. After you work up a hunger from watching the Memorial Day Parade, stop on by the Williams Rec Center for a great meal! The Williams 4-H Club will be cooking up their delicious BBQ lunch at the Williams Rec Center from 11am to 1pm. Joint the Kaibab National Forest for their ""Forest Discovery Fair"" also held at the Williams Rec Center from 10am to 3pm. Learn about Fire safety along with lots of games and fun activities including a visit from Smokey the Bear!Information:
