Description of Event:
Sweet Potato Festival will be held on November 7th, 2015. Arts and Crafts Festival on Main Street. Entertainment- Kay Bain of WTVA's Morning Show, Southern Praise and other local entertainment. Sweet Potato T-shirts, caps and cookbooks. Display of sweet potato farm equipment and food booths. Antique Tractor Show will be at BancorpSouth. Antique Tractor Judging. 5K Run/Walk. Contests Judging - Washed/Waxed Bushels of Vardaman Sweet Potatoes, Potato Creatures, Artwork, Photography, and Writing. Sweet Potato Tasting Booth. Sweet Potato Pie Eating Contest Famous Barbecued Chicken Dinner Located at the Fire Station. Hours: 7am-3pmInformation:
