The Scarsdale Festival of the Arts returns for its seventh year to central Westchester County. The show sets up on the downtown streets of The Village amidst elegant Tudor architecture, high-end shops and surrounded by numerous parks and extensive green spaces. Hours: Saturday 10am - 6pm, Sunday 10am - 5pmInformation:
