Description of Event:
The ""Mushroom Capital of the World"" will host its 34th Mushroom Festival, paying homage to the morel May 1-3, 2014. The event, recognized as one of Missouri's best festivals in Rural Missouri magazine touts more than 125 craft and food booths, a carnival, kiddie tractor pull sponsored by Richmond Farm and Lawn, 10k/5k walk and run sponsored by Anytime Fitness, talent show sponsored by Sonic, Christian music concert sponsored by Shirkey's Nursing and Rehab and Shirkey's Hospice, a grand parade sponsored by KFC/Taco Bell, a golf tournament, a car show sponsored by Hardtime Rodders Car Club, beer garden and live performances.Information:
