Description of Event:
A 50 plus year old tradition in Polk County, the Ramp Tramp Festival is held annually at the Camp McCroy 4-H Camp in the Greasy Creek community. The festival includes a meal of fried ramps in eggs, white beans, cornbread, streaked meat, and bluegrass music. The Ramp Tramp Festival is a old fashion way to enjoy nature and meet with friends.Information:
