Description of Event:
Ohio’s Largest Free Music Festival featuring over 25 acts with genres ranging from Bluegrass to Rock & Roll to Blues to Latino, and many more all on a professional Stage and featuring 2 large Video walls. There is a Family Fun Zone with giant inflatables and a Community Stage featuring Magic, Balloon Animals, real animals and more. There are Tent Vendors galore offering Jewelry, Art, Clothing, African Art, Health Products, and various Crafts. More than 25 Food Vendors line the street around the Park. PCIC Pub serves adult drinks. There is also a VIP Area with preferred seating and small plates dining. This event is over forty strong, and is in beautiful Historic, tree-lined, Veteran’s Park in downtown Painesville. We draw families from across the entire state, Canada, Pennsylvania, and numerous other states. A recent date survey showed we average 70,000 visitors. It is produced and managed by the Painesville Community Improvement Corporation (PCIC), an ALL-volunteer organization founded in 1977. PCIC is dedicated to being active in the physical, social, and economic revitalization of Painesville and those communities surrounding it through Community and Economic Grants, Events, Sponsorships, and Volunteerism.
