Operation Northern Comfort’s Crawfish Festival is a non-profit event that includes crawfish and shrimp brought up from New Orleans as well as gumbo, jambalya,clams, salt potatoes and other foods In addition there is live music, kids’ games, raffles and craft vendors. ALL money raised goes to help those in need in the community
