The Utica Parks and Recreation Commission will be hosting their twentieth annual Arts and Crafts Festival to be held on the following dates and times: Saturday, July 23, 2011 from 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Sunday, July 24, 2011 from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. The Festival will be held in the City of Utica's Grant Park located on Hahn St., east of Van Dyke, four blocks north of Hall Rd. (M-59). This Festival, as in the past 20 years, shall have security provided on Friday and Saturday evening.Information:
