Locust Valley is a peaceful setting of elegant homes, rolling hills and two-lane roads in the heart of Long Island's Gold Coast. It is a quaint, little hamlet in Oyster Bay Township, with shops and boutiques, and surrounded by the most affluent homes on the East Coast. The Street Festival will be on Elm Street this year and part of the Locust Valley Chamber's Annual Sale Under the Sun Festival. August 2.
