Description of Event:
The Strawberry Festival is held each year the first weekend in June. The Strawberry Festival is expected to draw at least 30,000 visitors and will showcase 125 food and craft vendors. The Strawberry Festival will be bursting with fresh strawberries, strawberry shortcake, chocolate-covered strawberries, strawberry cheesecake, and strawberry iced-tea. Enjoy your favorite festival foods, too, like kettle corn, shish kebobs, funnel cake, onion blossoms, smoked pork chops, bbq hamburgers and hotdogs. Miller beer will be served at two sites within the festival. For family fun, there will be craft booths, home and garden vendors, a jazz and polka band, carnival rides, a children's petting zoo, pony rides, horse-drawn carriage rides, and a fire safety demonstration for kids. Hours: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.Information:
