Description of Event:
The Great Lakes Medieval Faire will be held on August 10-11, 2019. Step back in time to an age of romance and chivalry. The medieval marketplace will host juried crafters and artisans selling their treasures including silks, jewelry, candles, clothing, baskets, boots, swords, gems, and much more. Watch live craft demonstrations such as hand-blown glass art, jewelers threading fine gold wire around exquisite crystals and jewels, clothiers, soap makers and more. There will be entertainment, jousting, contests, rides, games of skills like archery and axe-throwing, storytelling, scavenger hunt, music, Irish dancing, balloon-twisters, performances, drinks, food, and many other activities. This festival will be held on all Saturdays and Sundays from July 13th through to August 18th, 2019. Hours: 11am-7pm both daysInformation:
