The Santa Barbara Sea Glass and Ocean Arts Festival will be held Sept 9-10, 2017. Featuring handmade, ocean-themed and genuine sea glass art and jewelry by dozens of talented artists from across the country, this end-of-summer festival will also have live music, tasty food, exciting contests and some great giveaways.
