Creating Happier, Healthier Lives - the Be Well Walk & Wellness in the Park Festival on October 12th in Brookdale Park, Bloomfield, NJ
Join us for a day of Wellness in the Park for the entire family! In an effort to inform, educate and inspire the community towards better health and wellness, Hackensack UMC Mountainside and Zen Living Events are proud to present a day of Wellness in the Park on October 12, 2014 in Brookdale Park in Bloomfield, NJ.
The day will kick off with the Be Well 5k Walk presented by Hackensack UMC Mountainside starting at 9am immediately followed by the Wellness in the Park Festival from 10am - 5pm. The festival will host more than 150 vendors in the areas of fitness, wellness, holistic health, beauty, massage, body work, healthy food, activities for the kids, music and more! Free lectures and fitness classes will also be offered throughout the day including presentations by the hospital staff on what it means to “Be Well” and enjoy a healthy lifestyle at any age.
Be sure to also sign up the entire family for our Be Well Family Walk at 1pm!
The cost to participate in each Walk is $10 and the fee includes a commemorative T-shirt. For more information and to register, please visit:
