Description of Event:
31st Annual Middle Eastern Festival with authentic food made by church men and women. Free admission. Kibbee, shawarma, falafel, roast lamb and kabobs, roasted chicken, stuffed grape leaves, hummus, baba ghanouj, tabouli, spinach pies, eggplant, and much more. Sweets include house made baklawa, mamoul, grabee and American sweets plus fresh made apple pies including gluten free pies. Vendors include olive oil, olives, balsamics, gold jewelry, knock off designer jewelry, middle eastern goods, accessories, icons, religious items to include solid gold crosses, leather goods, children’s items and more. Moon bounce and more for the kids. Three day festival; Friday 11A to 9P, Saturday 11A to 10P and includes music; Sunday, 12noon to 5pm or until food runs out. Church tours and short choir concert - free.
