Description of Event:
Grab your basket and come to Hopewell Community Park on March 28, 201 for the Spring Fest and Easter Egg Hunt. Kids preschool through 4th grade will fill their baskets with eggs to win candy and prizes; hunts take place by age group. Adults will compete to gather the most eggs to win a Grand Prize at 1 p.m. Watch the magician stroll with the ostrich puppet from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. and catch the FREE magic show at the Nature Center at 1:30 p.m. Making crafts, decorating cookies, petting zoo, bounce house and pictures with the Easter Bunny are just some of the free activities for kids. The Spring Fest will also have face painting, 4-H pony rides and paddle boats. Large baskets filled with toys, stuffed animals and candy and four bicycles are the raffle prizes kids can win. The raffle drawings will begin at 2:45 p.m. Wander through the park and see the wonderful selection of holiday decor, household items, apparel/clothing, jewelry and accessories and much more from the crafters.
