This year, 2014, offers the Fifth Annual Somerset Strawberry Festival which takes place in downtown Marion Station, MD. Marion Station has long been acknowledged as the ""Strawberry Capital of the World"" due to its presence in the strawberry industry at the turn of the 20th century. Celebrate Marion Station's historic impact during the Strawberry era by having an action packed weekend full of delicious food, great entertainment, a variety of activities for folks of all ages and and an exciting exhibit of the history of the Strawberry Industry- and, of course, lots of delicious strawberries!Information:
