Description of Event:
The City of Robinson’s inaugural Rocktober Fest event will take place on Saturday, October 3rd. The event will kickoff with a 5k and 1 mile fun run benefiting the Robinson ISD Education Foundation, beginning at 8 am. Starting at 11 am the festival grounds will be open for people to enjoy food, shopping, and our Kids Rock Area (kids area). At 3 pm Live Music will begin, the music line up is Nolan Pick, Kayla Ray, Abbi Walker, and Jason Boland and the Stragglers. Admission is $5 for anyone 12 and older. Vendor booth rentals are $100 for a 10x10 area and electricity is an additional $25. All vendors will need to provide their own 10x10 tent, chairs and tables. Vendors—Booths will only be rented for the display and actual sale of arts and crafts, food, and home/small business products. Booths will not be rented for the purpose of promoting off-premise goods or services, product demonstrations related to products not available for direct purchase at the booth, handing out samples of products not available for purchase at the booth, or informational handouts/displays not related to products being sold and delivered directly at the booth.
