Join us for the 62nd Annual Robin Hood Festival, one of the oldest and most unique festivals in Oregon. This year's Festival will take place July 17-18, 2015. Several popular bands from the Portland area will be featured on the Main Stage (including Hit Machine returning again this year) The Family Stage will feature wonderfully creative acts to delight young and old, medieval re-enactments, swordplay, music and dance, and appearances by Maid Marian and her Court, Robin Hood and his Merry Men. Thousands of visitors wander every year through the extensive Vendor Village consisting of more than 100 booths, with a wide variety of shopping and activities to explore. Everyone will enjoy a traditional Knighting Ceremony, an old-fashioned Community Parade and performances by Sherwood's Voices for the Performing Arts. People young and old can demonstrate their creativity in the annual Castle Building Contest and participate in the Flower and Plant Show. Festivities will also include a teen dance, kids crafts and play areas, plus plenty of delicious food, with a beer and wine garden featuring selections from local wineries and breweries.
