Description of Event:
Rice Festival will be held on November 7-9, 2014. The Fischer Fest begins on Friday evening, with an intimate concert in the historic Fischer Hall with the 2014 Kerrville Folk Festival Grassy Hill New Folk Award Winners. On Saturday, the music and festivities will continue all day, including the silent auction, lots of good food and plenty more live music. Then on Sunday, come back to the hall at 11:00 am for a shortened day of music.Information:
