The Medina County Home and Garden Show is the perfect kickoff to spring as the Community Center on the Medina County Fairgrounds is transformed into a beautiful display of blooming flowers, trees and bushes. As winter is winding down, it’s a great time to start planning your lawn and garden projects and sprucing up your home.

The show features over 130 exhibitors in the home and garden industry like landscaping, gardening, home improvement, kitchen and bath, flooring, roofing, gutters, heating & cooling, outdoor living, remodeling, windows and a lot more.  If you’re looking to improve your home or yard, it’s a great place for one-stop shopping to compare pricing and quality.

The main garden will feature the theme of kid friendly backyards. Designed by Mike Biskup of Greenkeepers Lawn and Landscaping, the garden will be bursting with spring colors and fun features for the kids. As you enter you will be treated to a fun and whimsical Alice in Wonderland garden, celebrating the 150th anniversary of the publishing of the book.

A variety of local experts will be offering tips and information on the Presentation Stage. Local celebrity chef, Stefanie Paganini will treat the audience to one of her amazing and delicious recipes at 2 pm on Sunday, March 8. Watch for more information on other topics to be presented during the weekend.

All attendees will be entered into a Grand Prize Drawing to win a $500 gift card to Kalahari Resorts in Sandusky. Winner will be drawn on Sunday at the end of the show.
