Description of Event:

Come to JC’s 1st Street Fair of the season!
After a long hard winter…we can all use some fun and fresh air!
On Sunday, April 19th, 2015 the Maywood Chamber of Commerce is holding its Semi Annual Street Fair.  This event will once again be held along West Pleasant Ave. from 10AM-5PM. The street will be transformed into a giant town block party. 
Our special Kids Traveling Shindig section held in the Bergen Community Bank parking lot will be brimming with all kinds of fun stuff to do.  There will be mechanical kiddie rides, pony rides, petting zoo, climbing wall, clowns, face painting, sand art, temporary tattoos, live entertainment and much more. 
Perfect Princess Parties NJ will be bringing exciting characters for meet and greets, photo opportunities, fun games and more. Come join your child’s favorite characters including the Ice Queen and her lovable snowman, enchanting princesses, and awesome superheroes.
Macaroni Kid - Northeast Bergen ( http://npascackvalley.macaronikid.com), Macaroni Kid Paramus ( http://paramus.macaronikid.com) and Macaroni Kid South Bergen ( http://southbergen.macaronikid.com) are happy to be participating in the Maywood/Montvale Street Fair with a fun FREE kid-friendly craft as well as exciting ticket giveaways to family-friendly events. Macaroni Kid is a free weekly e-newsletter and website on all things fun and family friendly in and around your local community. We publish articles on local events and activities for kids and families as well as parenting tips, recipes, crafts, reviews, special offers, ticket giveaways and more! 
This event brings the whole community together. Many of the local merchants and businesses will showcase their shops and offer their special sales. Come hungry and enjoy a wide selection of food including pulled pork, sausage & peppers, veal scallopinnie, pasta, hot dogs & burgers, butterfly fries, zeppolles, ice cream, and so much more. All together there are approximately 20 food stands that are sure to please.
This event features over 100 exhibitors selling new items, crafts and collectibles.  If you like shopping outdoor then this is the place to be.  We have a live concert at all JC Street Fair and this one is going to be packed with talent: see the list of performers on this page.  Visit our many sponsors below to see what goodies they are passing out.
