Manning's 132nd annual tradition will be held on Father's Day weekend, June 20, 2015. It is believed to be the oldest heritage celebration in Iowa. This festival provides a day of good old-fashioned family fun for children of all ages.! The event starts with an annual parade of children. The city park overflows with games, contests, rides, foods, water fights, 5K fun run, and a book fair.Information:
