The Historic West End ARTSfest will hold its 7th biennial juried fine art and fine craft festival on Sept. 27, 2015 from 11am to 5pm. Charming Grace Court will once again host thousands of art enthusiasts from all over NC. Artists from all over NC and beyond compete for a coveted spot at ARTSfest, deemed in past years to be some of the artist's most successful show. Hours: 11am to 5pmInformation:
