Description of Event:
The Maple Festival is held annually the second weekend in March throughout the Town of Hebron, Connecticut. Each year thousands of people come from miles around to enjoy and experience the weekend of maple related events. Self-tours, demonstrations and a variety of maple products at each of these local sugar houses. Antique Tractor Parade. Craft Fair at the Gilead Church. Enjoy Old New England charm that the 'Country Carpenters' barns provide. Watch Blacksmiths craft hand-forged items in the Village Blacksmith Shop. Woodworking Demonstration and Candle Making. Ice Cream Eating Contest, Face Painting, Silent Auction packed full of great items, Pancake breakfasts on Sunday and Great Food. Hours: 10 a.m. until 4 pm both daysInformation:
