The Harlem Arts Festival presents multi-disciplinary performances in venues throughout Harlem, culminating in an annual festival that takes place in Marcus Garvey park at the richard rodgers amphitheater. The performances showcase local performers and visual artists that inspire and nourish the artistic community in Harlem. The 5th annual Harlem Arts Festival is going to be bigger and better than ever. The Free event, that takes place rain or shine, features music, dance, theater, visual arts, kids' activities and classes, discussion forums, food vendors and more. Hours: 3:00pm-8:30pmInformation:
