This premier jazz event is designed to provide a unique entertainment opportunity for residents and visitors on the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and to encourage people to stay in the area and support local businesses. Businesses throughout Duck participate by offering jazz events in conjunction with the festival. The festival will take place rain or shine.
