Free family event. Teams with authentic 1880s chuck wagons compete to cook up the best meals fit for the trail. Wagon teams win prizes in various food categories, and the public can purchase chuck wagon meals. This culinary event includes historical and cooking demonstrations, kids activities, entertainment, campfire glows, vendor booths, Junior Cook-Off and more. Hours: Friday, Nov 7, 9 am- 8 pm; Saturday, Nov 8, 9 am- 8 pm; Sunday, Nov 9, 9 am- 4 pm
