Canal Fest of the Tonawandas is the largest festival of its kind along the Erie Canal. Shared by the Twin Cities of Tonawanda and North Tonawanda, it encompasses a 2 square mile area, jam packed full of fun and entertainment. Golf Tournament, Canal Fest Pageant, Chalk-It-Up Street Chalk Art Contest, Canal Fest Parade, Diaper Derby, 4 Mile Run, Arts and Crafts Show, Historical Society Flea Market, Boat Building Contest, Fireworks, Car Cruise, Bike Cruise, Duck Race, Food, and much more. The annual Arts and Craft show, featuring over 350 artists/crafters, is held on closing weekend. Hours: Saturday and Sunday 11am - 6pmInformation:
