The 19th annual Bear on the Square Mountain Festival will be a weekend of music and art held in the foothills of the North Georgia mountains. Held around the Historic Public Square in Dahlonega, the Marketplace continues its tradition of presenting the juried work from an impressive group of top quality regional artists. Featured artists, some of whom will be demonstrating their talent, will display fabric arts, folk arts, furniture/woodworking, glass and metal, jewelry, mixed media, drawing and painting, photography, pottery, woodworking, and jams, jelly, honey, candles and soaps. Luthiers Row featuresthe most beautiful handmade musical instruments. Hours: Saturday 10AM-6PM, Sunday 10AM-5PMInformation:
