Arts on the Riverwalk is the newest component of the New Castle Fireworks Festival, a tradition that has been acknowledging New Castle, PA as "The Fireworks Capital of America" for over 25 years! Making its debut last year, Arts on the Riverwalk added a new layer of art and culture to the festivities with an artists marketplace, street performers, art competitions, the Kids Creation Zone and so much more.Information:
