Arts by the River will be changing dates this year. It will be held Saturday, September 19th, 2015 on the beautifully remodeled Front Street in Downtown Mankato. Arts by the River in Mankato is an art and music festival dedicated to bringing fine arts to the forefront of the Southern Minnesota region. It will bring together the community with the opportunity to view and purchase a wide variety of fine arts, experience artist demonstrations and enjoy fabulous food and drink vendors.
