The Art Nation Art Festival will be located at the Pearland Town Center. The Pearland Town Center is a lifestyle concept regional shopping mall located in the rapidly growing city of Pearland Texas, just south of Houston. The center is home to several restaurants and retail stores that are new to the Pearland area. The center provides retail, residential, office and hotel space within the 1,100,000-square-foot open-air lifestyle center. A 110-room, four-story hotel is located above the center’s retail shops near Macy’s. Pearland Town Center includes office space, 234 luxury multi-residential units above the stores, a beautiful 25-acre lake and adjacent walking paths and parks. Dramatic “street-scape” storefronts, warm and inviting esplanades, decorative landscaping, pedestrian walkways, a park and community pavilion, and serene water features define Pearland Town Center as a truly distinctive place to shop, dine, be entertained and to live.
