Enjoy this down-home festival with crispy southern-fried catfish and all the fixings sure to please. Festival goers can feast on this and much more during Kingsland, Georgia’s Annual Catfish Festival. The fun begins on Friday, September 4th from 5-9 PM and then starts back up at 9 AM on Saturday, September 5th, 2015 and with a theme like “33 Years and Still Out of this World” you know there’s going to be lots of fun for all. As the sun is setting, enjoy the *New* Night Parade on Saturday at 7 PM along US Highway 17. This event also includes various arts & crafts booths, succulent, southern-fried catfish with grits, hushpuppies, coleslaw and sweet ice tea. Throw in a wonderful selection of food booths, awesome entertainment by American Idol’s Candice Glover, David Willis and other local entertainers, a children’s amusement area, 5K run and you are in for a great time!
