The Women's Health and Fitness Expo was started in 2000 and has become the largest event of its kind in New York State. The 16th Annual Women's Health and Fitness Expo is a day long event featuring speakers, workshops, demos, fitness, health, nutrition and lots and lots of fun. The Annual Women's Health and Fitness Expo attracts top speakers, authors, medical professionals, artists and experts from all over the Hudson Valley and beyond. Take advantage of over 100 interactive attractions, including seminars, workshops and fitness events - from cooking demonstrations and free health screenings to exercise and dance. Browse over 100 booths and exhibits. Enjoy a visit to the Spa, or have a tasty nibble at the healthy Food Court. Hours: 8:30am-4pmInformation:
