Rain or Shine, the festival will include a variety of period and modern craft vendors, food vendors, many childrens' activities, tour bus rides over the park property, and new encampments, scenarios, and demonstrations by the Augusta Regiment, the French, and American Indians. The most compelling offering at the Fort Halifax Festival, and the attraction that makes this event unique to the area, is the living-history experience that is available all day. This includes multiple French and Indian War scenario reenactiments. These scenarios, scheduled and announced in advance, are carefully planned, choreographed and staged to take advantage of the natural terrain, and are narrated at the viewing area to explain the action that takes place.
