Description of Event:
The Florida Festival of Flavor and Fire is a celebration of Hot Sauce and Spicy food at The LakeLand Center, LakeLand, Fl. on June 11-12. It promotes the Florida Hot Sauce Industry by encouraging the use of Hot Sauce in cooking via multiple cooking demonstrations during the weekend long event and highlighting both small and large Hot Sauce manufacturers products lines by sampling and selling opportunities to the public during the Expo. Hours: Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.; Sunday 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Information:
