The Fall Festival of Arts combines several days of arts events in Troutdale and Cascade Locks, centered around the weekend of September 30th to October 2nd, 2016. The Festival grounds events in Troutdale's Glenn Otto Park by the Sandy River include artist booths, Art Challenge and Quick Draw events, and food, music, wine, and craft breweries. Hours: Fri 7pm-9pm; Sat 11am-6pm; Sun 10am-5pmInformation:
