Hello All,
Black Light Productions & North Mountain Pepper Works is putting together a Craft Show in the Lycoming Mall from August 17th thru August 26th 2018.
This craft show will be taking place during the 10 days that the Little League World Series is taking place in Williamsport. The Field is only 12 miles from the mall. During the World Series the mall is typically busy with all of the people who are visiting the area from around the world. People looking for something to do during their down time. Not wanting to spend all their time in the hotel or in the hot sun.
Advertising will be done on social media, radio, newspaper & possibly a few TV spots. We will also have graphics for each of you to use on your social media accounts to bring more awareness to the event.
The mall has security at all times including after the mall closes. Once your things are set up there is no need to tear down each night as long as you will be there during open mall hours each day. Your spot will be a 10 X 10. You are responsible for a table & chairs and all other things for your display. Setting up must take place before the mall opens or after the mall closes on any given night. Mall hours are as follows: Monday – Saturday 10am – 9pm Sunday 11am – 5pm
Attached is the application to sign up to come join in the fun. We are looking for Artisans, Crafts & some vendors. You are not obligated to be set up every day. You are able to set for the weekends only, during the week only or for the entire 10 days.
