Description of Event:
We will advertise this as a Pre Mother’s Day show. Show hours are 9:00 - 3:00 on Saturday May 6, 2017 and Sunday May 7, 2017 9:00-2:30. The hall will be open May 5, 2016 between 6:00 - 8:00 PM for early setup(optional) the main hall will be locked overnight. The morning of the show, doors will open for setup at 7:00 AM. Spaces are 8x8 with a fee of $70.00, 8x6 fee of &60.00 and 8x4 $50.00 per space. Table rental available for $5.00 each for an 8 ft table. Electrical access for $8.00. Food items will be prepared and sold by the youth group. If you would like to donate one item to be raffled off, it would be appreciated. We will also have a 50/50 raffle at the end of the each day.
