Description of Event:
The OglebayFest will be held on October 6-8, 2017. Oglebayfest is largest arts festival in the greater Wheeling area. The Phil Maxwell Artists' and Gourmet Market, located in the Mansion Woods next to the Mansion Museum, features regional foods and an extensive display of fine handcrafted wares plus a chance to see some of the tri-state's best artisans at work. Saturday starts with the traditional Oglebayfest parade and ends with fireworks. Hours: Fri 12pm-7pm; Sat 10am-7pm; Sun 10am-5pmInformation:
