Description of Event:
The Neptune Festival Art and Craft Show is part of a citywide festival at the Virginia Beach oceanfront. The Art and Craft Show portion is produced by The Virginia Museum of Contemporary Art and showcases 250 artists and crafters. Our section of the festival (18th-29th Streets) does not allow commercial or imported products. In all cases, the spirit of our guidelines intends that the work depend heavily on the handmade aspect of art and craft.Information:
