Your body right now is a reflection of the choices you have made up to this point. Want a better body? Want to start feeling healthier? What better way to kick start your motivation then coming to the Augusta Expo Health and Fitness Expo!
Not only will there be local gyms, health food stores,and nutritionists; Crossfit 3xf’s experienced members will be put through a crossfit workout while the ideas behind crossfit is explained. Attendees will be given a chance to do a beginner friendly workout to experience crossfit for themselves! Augusta Health’s Heart and Vascular Department will be attending to highlight the Cardiac Rehab and Pulmonary Rehab programs, Sentara RMH Mobile Mammography Van will be provide mammograms and VA Blood Services will be having a blood drive!
