Chalk It UP! Prescott Join us for the 9th annual FREE Chalk It Up! Prescott festival on April 22 & 23, 2017, 10 AM-4 PM at 201 N. Montezuma, Prescott AZ. Artists of all ages and abilities create a weekend museum of pavement chalk art, and raise money for the community mental health programs of the West Yavapai Guidance Clinic Foundation.
