Calling All Vendors!
We are actively seeking vendors for our 3rd Annual Re/Max Skylight Balloon Fest!
This event will feature 100+ vendors, live music, food trucks, and of course…20 Hot Air Balloons!
This event drew over 14,000 visitors last year and we are anticipating approximately 20,000 visitors this year!
Location: River City Community Church, 16765 Lookout Rd, Selma, TX 78154
Vendor Participation Dates/Times: Friday, October 25th Saturday, October 26th, 2019
• If signed up, vendors must be open from 5pm-9pm on Friday evening and from 1pm-9pm on Saturday. Early opening at 9am on Saturday is optional.
• Vendors are also limited to 3 per category (jewelry, essential oils, etc.) to avoid excess duplication of vendors.
Vendor Types Available:
• Sales: For Vendors or Non-Profits who will sell products, and receive money on site for that item/product.
• Non-Sales: For Vendors who will advertise/promote their company’s services/products, but who will have NO monetary sales on site.
• Non-Profit: For registered Non-Profit Agencies who will promote their services to the community, but who will have NO sales of any kind on site.
