Description of Event:
The Plaquemines Parish Fair and Orange Festival will be held on December 6-8, 2019. The activities will include shrimp-peeling and de-heading, oyster shucking, catfish-skinning, orange peeling, orange eating, duck calling, great entertainment, 5k run/walk, carnival rides, helicopter rides and much more. There will also be kid's activities such as pie eating, shoe find, sack races, orange rolling, orange eating and peeling contest, egg carry, and pageant. The festival also hosts a variety of vendors selling their wares. Also relish food and drinks.Information:
