Description of Event:
The Fitness and Food Festival will be held on January 26, 2019. There will be more than 50 local and national vendors conducting free health screenings, providing free health and fitness information and free product samples. Kids will enjoy obstacle course and also learn how to start a garden in backyard or plant box and learn how to prepare healthier meals from local chefs. It'll also feature cooking classes, cooking stage, real talk sessions, door prizes, fitness zone and food zone featuring healthy food products, samples, recipes, diet plans, appliances and more to help improve your nutrition.
