Description of Event:
The North Carolina Azalea Festival Street Fair will be held on April 13-15, 2018. Vendors will be offering face painting, jewelry, t-shirts, photography, wine, hot sauces, candles, and local honey, and more. Food vendors will be selling staples - funnel cakes, fresh made lemonade, gyros, kettle corn and ice cream. The Fair visitors can paint a piece of a giant mural at an interactive community art project. Children's area will include dance groups performing, meet and greets, rides, story hour, bounce house, interactive exhibits, crafts, a special aerial acrobatics rig, and a kids' planting demo. In addition, there will be pilot meet and greet, azalea bonsai styling seminar, helicopter tours, open mic night, fireworks, live performances on multicultural stage, live music and much more.
