Join the 31st annual Elgin Hogeye Festival, which will be held on October 27, 2018. It'll include arts and crafts, road hog car show, live music on multiple stages, carnival rides, children's pet parade, kids area, talent show, dessert contest, pig puns, cow patty bingo and many more.
